Brian obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton, in Ohio. Upon completing his Bachelor’s Degree, Brian enrolled in Chase College of Law at the Northern Kentucky University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Brian began his courtroom experience as a legal intern with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy after his first year of law school. He eventually obtained his limited license to practice law and gained substantial experience in the courtroom while being mentored by one of the most experienced trial attorneys in that office.

Upon graduating from law school, Brian passed the bar exams in Kentucky and Ohio and immediately began practicing in courtrooms all over Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio. Brian has focused his legal practice to criminal defense, personal injury and family law. He has been selected as a Rising Star in the legal community in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 by the Super Lawyers organization. When Brian is not working, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
